These Walnut Apple-Banana Cookies are a great holiday recipe. Simple ingredients, delicious and healthy. Great for the whole family.

- 2 bananas
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cups full fat canned coconut milk
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Place walnuts and apple in a food processor, and process until finely diced.
- On a separate mixing bowl, smash bananas with a fork until you create a paste consistency. Add in finely diced walnuts and apple, coconut milk and almond butter, and mix well. Pour over bowl with dry ingredients and mix.
- Spoon heaping tablespoons of the cookie mixture onto the lined baking sheets, placing them an inch or two apart. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Enjoy them right away or store them in a tight lid container for up to 1 week.
