Stuffed avocados make for an easy, yet elegant, hors d’oeuvre.
Ingredients

- 1 can of tuna
- 1 large avocado
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1/3 serrano pepper, finely diced
- 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1/4– 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Add tuna, lime juice, mayo, pepper, red onion, sea salt and garlic powder to a bowl and mix well.
- Cut avocado in half and remove seed. Fill each avocado half with tuna mixture and enjoy.
- Note: If you have leftover tuna mixture, enjoy it by the spoonful or add it to another avocado half.
