- 2 cups halved red seedless grapes
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 cups cubed chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup roasted unsalted pecans, chopped
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and toss to combine.
- Chill for 2+ hours to allow the flavors to set. Serve right away or save for later use.
