Description
These RAW Chocolate Raspberry Bars are chewy, sweet and totally nutritious. A great dessert or anytime snack.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 12 medjool dates
- 3/4 cups cacao powder, divided
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 5 tbsp almond butter
- 5 tbsp raw honey
Instructions
- Line a 8”x8″ baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add dates, almonds, walnuts and ½ cup cacao powder to a food processor, and process for about 3-4 minutes, until a smooth/sticky consistency is reached. Transfer mix to the lined baking dish and press on it until it has been distributed evenly and is packed at the bottom. This is the base of the bars.
- Add bananas, raspberries, ¼ cup cacao powder, almond butter and honey to the food processor, and process until smooth. Pour on top of the bar’s base, and place baking dish in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Cut into 9 squares and enjoy.
