Description

These delicious Protein Banana Pancakes are gluten-free and dairy-free. Only 8 ingredients and 10 minutes to make (breakfast just got a whole lot easier).


Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 tbsp collagen peptides
  • 2 tbsp flax seed meal
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add everything to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium high heat. Add coconut oil and add in batter in small circles (using about 1/4 cup). Once the edges start to bubble and look cooked, flip and cook for another minute on the other side.
  3. Add your favorite toppings and indulge.
