- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup firmly packed spinach
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Soft boil the eggs: place eggs in a pot and fill with tap water, bring to a boil and let cook for 6 minutes; let eggs cool completely and peel.
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
