These Peppered Steak Skewers are perfectly seasoned and easy to make. Make in bulk for no-fuss weekday lunches.

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1” cubes
- 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into 1” pieces
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1” pieces
- 1/2 orange bell pepper, cut into 1” pieces
- 1 medium white onion, peeled and cut into 1” pieces
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Pepper and More seasoning
Instructions
- Combine garlic, olive oil and Simply Organic Spice Right Pepper and More seasoning in a bowl; this is your rub. Coat skewers with rub, cover and refrigerate for 4+ hours, so that steak has time to soak in the flavors.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water ahead of time for about 10 minutes to prevent burning on the grill. Otherwise, use metal skewers and assemble them by adding steak, bell peppers and onion alternately. Heat grill on high. Once hot, grill skewers for 5-7 minutes each side, or until steaks have reached desired doneness. Serve right away.
