Description

This Paleo Sweet Potato Chips recipe is very easy to follow and can be done in less than 45 minutes. A wonderful Paleo approved dipper chip that goes with hummus, ranch or your favorite dip.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Wash and pat dry sweet potatoes.
  4. Using a mandolin slicer, slice sweet potatoes into even, thin slices.
  5. Place sliced sweet potatoes in a Ziploc bag and add avocado oil. Zip bag and shake to coat slices evenly.
  6. Arrange slices on baking sheets, making sure they don’t overlap. Sprinkle coarse sea salt.
  7. Bake chips for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool on a rack and enjoy with favorite dip.
