- 2 cups packed fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a food processor, or in a high-speed blender, and process until smooth. Season to taste.
