This Paleo Chocolate Bark is fully customizable, and super easy to make.

- 4 oz dark chocolate bar – 70% cacao or greater (broken into squares)
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 1/2 cup raw macadamia nuts
- 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- Maldon salt, to garnish
Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate squares and coconut butter in a double broiler, stirring consistently to ensure mixture melts evenly. Remove from heat, fold in macadamia nuts and transfer to the lined baking dish. Sprinkle shredded coconut and salt, and freeze for 1 hour.
- Once chocolate is hardened, break into smaller pieces and enjoy.
Notes
- You could add dried fruit or orange zest to this recipe. Customize it to your liking.
