Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender, except for the nutmeg, and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie in a glass and garnish with the nutmeg. Serve right away.
