Description

These Nutty Collagen Energy Balls take less than 10 minutes to make and are made ingredients that will give you great energy and nutrition. 100% Paleo too.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pepitas
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup raw pecans
  • 1/4 cup unflavored collagen peptides
  • 3 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until a dough consistency is reached. Roll into small sized balls and lay them on a flat dish. Cover dish and freeze. Allow energy balls to thaw for ~5 minutes prior to serving for best results.
