Description
Easy to make chickpeas using the Instant Pot. Use these in salads, to make homemade hummus, as a snack and more.

- 2 cups chickpeas
- 6 cups water
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Rinse chickpeas, remove debris and drain.
- Transfer chickpeas to a 6 qt Instant Pot. Add enough water so the chickpeas are covered by 1 inch of it, and add in salt. Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes, followed by a 15 minute natural pressure release. Drain chickpeas and let cool before using.
Notes
- Recipe makes ~5 cups and lasts fresh in the refrigerator for ~3-4 days.
