- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Add cashews to a food processor, cover and process for 3 minutes. Take lid off, use a spatula to scoop any small pieces of cashews stuck to the side, add salt, cover and process for 4 more minutes or until smooth.
- Transfer to a jar with a lid and refrigerate.
