- 4 cups almonds (raw, or roasted + unsalted)
- 1/2–1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Place almonds in a food processor, close lid and process for about 1 minute. Scrape down the sides, close lid and process for another 2 minutes. The almonds should have a buttery and creamy consistency at this point; add in salt and continue to process for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer almond butter to a container with a lid and refrigerate.
