- 1 1/3 cups raw pecans
- 1/3 cup pecan milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp sunflower seed oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Use the batter to cook the waffles per your waffle maker instructions. Batter should yield 4 waffles, so divide accordingly.
- Serve right away with desired toppings, or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
