- 1 can 14 oz fire roasted tomatoes
- 1/2 white onion
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 tsp coarse kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and process until ingredients have broken down and until desired consistency is reached. For chunkier salsa, blend less.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve with favorite chips and enjoy.
