Now that we have a week until our Independence Day, I want you to have this handy paleo recipe compilation for the big celebration; these fifty 4th of July Paleo drink recipes are sure to cool you off and make you “happy”. Weeee!
There is a direct correlation between beverages served and party success. Silly, but I believe it to be true. If you want your party to be memorable, serve lots of yummy drinks and make sure your guests never go thirsty.
I learned this early on in life through my parents’ hosting experience and through paying attention to what the other adults did when they hosted. I noticed there was a lot more laughter, hugging, dancing and silliness when people had a little drink. Let’s them let lose and relax, you know?
And so now, years later, I try to apply this little trick to my parties. Whenever I have people over, I am like a hawk, watching people’s cups, refilling them immediately as soon as they get low.
I also try to accommodate to my guests’ drink preferences as much as I can. Some like a light gin cocktail, some like wine, some like a creative concoction of herbs with simple syrups and vodka. Whatever it might be, it is important to know what their preferences are. Of course, if your party is too big, getting everyone their favorite drink is hard to do. But if you’re having a party of 20 or less, chances are you can stock up your bar with essentials (different types of liquor, simple syrups, soda water, organic juices, limes/lemons, cherries, etc.) and have two to three fun cocktail recipes on hand to offer (like a moscow mules, lemon drops or mojitos) and people will be oh-so happy with the options.
If you’re hosting a party this 4th of July, definitely make sure you and your people don’t go thirsty. Make the celebration that much more memorable by creating a few of the below recipes and passing them around to your guests. If you’re not hosting, but you’ve been invited to a 4th of July celebration, why not surprise the host by bringing ingredients to make one of these yummy drink recipes to share? It would be a very thoughtful and cool gift to bring to the host.
Go ahead and check these fifty recipes out; I am sure you’ll find one or two that will really speak to you and will go super well with your menu. Happy 4th.
