Description
This Coconut Yogurt and Paleo Nuts Granola is very simple and easy. It requires no baking and no prep. A very easy snack that is nourishing and satiating.

- 1 can of full fat coconut milk
- Walnuts
- Whole almonds
- Macadamia nuts
- Raisins
- Coconut flakes
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup of mixed berries
- Any fruit of your choice
Instructions
- Empty your can of coconut milk in the standing mixer’s bowl. Mix on medium speed for 5 minutes (until mixed completely).
- Place coconut milk in a bowl and put on the fridge for 5 hours or more. It will acquire a yogurt consistency.
- Once 5 or more hours have passed, grab a bowl for yourself and place fruits, raisins, and nuts in it.
- Top them with your homemade coconut yogurt and RAW honey. There, you’ve now got yourself a Paleo “Healthy Bowl”.
