These Cinnamon Roll Energy Balls are the perfect on the go snack for when we need an energy boost. An all natural, paleo, gluten free and dairy free recipe.

For the cinnamon roll energy balls
- 1/2 cup raw nut butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cashew flour
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup collagen peptides
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted hazelnuts
- Optional: 1 tbsp honey (for sweetness)
For the cinnamon “dust” to cover energy balls
- 1/4 cup collagen peptides
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Place nut butter and vanilla extract in a food processor, and process until both have mixed well. Add in cashew flour, collagen peptides, cinnamon and honey (if adding), and process for about 15 seconds or until well combined, scraping down sides as needed.
- Add in hazelnuts and pulse a few times to break them down and get them mixed in.
- Roll batter into 1 ½” size balls and place them on a plate. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- While the energy balls chill, mix the chocolate “dust” on a small plate: combine collagen with 1 tbsp cinnamon. Roll each ball in the dust mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.
Notes
