I am so thrilled to share this recipe with you today.
Not only is it finger licking good (literally), but it’s also my husband’s own recipe creation. How cute is that?
This was his second time cooking for me ever, and let me tell you, he nailed it. Just like he did six years ago when he cooked for me for the very first time. He is a natural. He does everything well; it really is impressive (I love you so much, honey).
He cooked this meal granting my birthday wish. He asked me what I wanted to do for my birthday, and I told him that I would love to spend a quiet day with him and eat a delicious, healthy Paleo meal at home without me cooking it. I told him that I really had been craving ribs, and that I would adore it if he could prepare me some.
He was a little intimidated at first. Ribs are a tricky dish to prepare, especially when you don’t cook often.
He started by letting the ribs sit overnight with a homemade rub he prepared; then, he slow cooked them for 8 hours; and finally, he grilled them to perfection. Their flavor, tenderness, and sweet and spicy sauce…it was all dreamy. We devoured these in a matter of minutes, and finished an entire rack of ribs by ourselves.
Well, guess what?! You can now make these at home too, as I am sharing my husband’s recipe today. You can duplicate this dish for your family or friends, and treat them to the best ribs in the world.
