These Beef and Veggie Patties are juicy, satisfying and full of flavor. Like a good patty should be.

- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup spinach, finely chopped
- 4 mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup of almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 1/4 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine beef, egg whites, mushrooms, spinach, spices and almond flour. Form fist size patties and place on a plate.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add coconut oil. Once oil melts, add in 4 patties and cook uncovered for 8 minutes. Then flip, cover and cook for another 6 minutes.
- Repeat step 2 with remaining patties. Enjoy right away.
