Description

These Beef and Veggie Patties are juicy, satisfying and full of flavor. Like a good patty should be.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup spinach, finely chopped
  • 4 mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup of almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • 1/4 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine beef, egg whites, mushrooms, spinach, spices and almond flour. Form fist size patties and place on a plate.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add coconut oil. Once oil melts, add in 4 patties and cook uncovered for 8 minutes. Then flip, cover and cook for another 6 minutes.
  3. Repeat step 2 with remaining patties. Enjoy right away.
