This Balsamic Mustard Roasted Brussels Sprouts has a great combination of flavors, and pairs well with any grilled protein or entree of choice.

For the brussels sprouts
- 2 lb brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For the glaze
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Add brussels sprouts, onion, garlic and raisins to a baking dish. Drizzle grape seed oil, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper and toss to coat. Bake for 25 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard and honey. Set vinaigrette aside.
- Remove Brussels sprouts from oven, let cool slightly and drizzle vinaigrette on top. Serve right away.
