This Apple Cherry Smoothie is a nice little cherry treat to nourish you and keep your cravings satisfied.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen dark sweet cherries
- 1 red apple
- 1 cup loosely packed baby spinach
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup filtered water
- 3–5 ice cubes
