This post has been long overdue. We have been living at our new condo now for two months, and I am just now introducing you to my new kitchen? Excuse my manners. I cannot believe I’ve waited this long to show you where the magic’s been happening.
Preston and I are really happy in our new place; we get to play downtown, go on long walks by the river, visit new restaurants more often, walk to our gym, see downtown Boise’s sunrises and sundowns from our couch, see the Farmers Market directly from our living room, listen to Alive After Five’s live music clearly (a fun concert/beer gathering for adults every Wednesday at 5pm), go on fun runs in the weekends, and chill on our patio while BBQing our Paleo foods. Life is good. We’ve really loved our decision to move to this new place and consider ourselves incredibly blessed.
My kitchen is one of my favorite rooms in the house. It is very open, modern, functional and welcoming. People always seem to hang out around the kitchen when they visit us, so we knew we had to make this kitchen a fun one. This one is different that our last home’s kitchen as it has a lot more light, a great view, lots of more storage space (which is HUGE for me), better appliances and it’s way easier to navigate.
Being a food blogger and an avid cook, I am happy with the upgrade. I am so happy in fact, that I find myself constantly inviting people over for dinner/appetizers, so that I find yet another excuse to use my kitchen. Most women would despise the extra work, but I love it! It is something I adore and feels completely effortless. I don’t even mind the deep cleaning that happens after our guests leave. 😉 Just doin’ my thang, you know. I am excited to tell you that I’ll be picking up my recipe creation pace and post more often. I have been a little MIA lately and I miss giving my blog some love, so…expect more recipes soon, friends. I’ve missed you all.
I love your new kitchen! It looks amazing!
Thank you!! 🙂
Nice view! Aren’t you scared people can see in your house?
Haha. No, not really 😉
